Technical Support and Help Desk
The UHMIS help desk line (801.520.8108) is available for users to call during normal business hours for answers to their questions and problems. The service starts after the first training session.

User Support and Quality Assurance
After the initial training, the UHMIS staff will schedule follow up visits with each agency. An agency can request additional training or onsite visits from the UHMIS staff at any time.

User Training
Users are trained according to their system needs. Additional training is available to utilize the program management features of the MetSYS software. Click here to view all the UHMIS training sessions currently scheduled.

Downloads

Having trouble getting the printing software installed for MetSYS? Click this Printer Software link and save it on your desktop or other location. After it is done downloading, double-click it to run it and click "Next..." to continue through the installation of the software.

When you try to connect to MetSYS, do you get an error about the "licencing protocol"? Click on this MetSYS Licencing Fix link and save it on your desktop or other location. After it is done downloading, double-click it to open the compressed folder and then double-click on the file inside to run it. Then, give it permission to modify your computer's registry.
